There's ample parking for plenty of cars in the garages and driveway, washer and dryer, and enough beds to sleep 14 plus two more on the sleeper sofa. There's plenty of room around the pool and in the fenced back yard for the kids to play. On the first level, the Den with a 36" LCD TV is a great place for the kids or the guest family to call their own. On the upper floor, you have views of the ocean from the Great Room and the Kitchen with a 50" Plasma TV over the gas fireplace. Entertaining and meals for 20 of your friends and family is not a problem in this room. Also on the upper floor is the spectacular Master Suite with a whirlpool tub. For the kids, the Isle of Palms Recreation Park is only one block away, right around the corner.
