"Banana
Cabana" The Brand New Banana Cabana was designed and built with the beach vacation experience in mind and is ready for you starting May of 2008! This beautiful house sits just steps away from the Beach Access at 28th Avenue and is dressed to impress. With its inverted floor plan, four levels of luxury await you including an elevator (to transport you and all your vacation supplies to each floor!), a gourmet kitchen, a huge great room with 14’ ceilings, two master suites, an activity room for the kids (or adults!), and a roof top covered bar and sundeck with great ocean views! Everything you need for a perfect vacation – you won’t want to go home! There are nine flat screen TV’s throughout the house, including the roof top bar and the poolside cabana. Traditional beach cottage heart pine flooring and wood paneling throughout. Granite countertops, designer bathrooms, fully stocked gourmet kitchen (bring your own food!), two levels of decks overlooking the pool, and more. There’s ample parking for 3 cars in the garages plus more on the driveways, washer and dryer, and enough beds to sleep 14 plus two more on the sleeper sofa. There are so many things to do in this house you may not want to go anywhere else! The Cabana by the pool is fully covered and furnished and has its own TV and ceiling fan to cool you off; you can watch the kids and still keep an eye on the game. There’s plenty of room in the fenced back yard for the kids to throw the Frisbee and you can access the second floor activity room directly from the pool deck. Up one level from the pool, the activity room is a great place for the kids or the guest family to call their own. It has a 37” LCD TV, wet bar with drink chiller, card table and a foosball table. On the upper floor, you have wonderful views of the ocean from the great room and the kitchen with a 50” Plasma TV thrown in for good measure. Entertaining and meals for 20 of your friends and family is not a problem in this room. Also on the upper floor is the beautiful Master Suite with a whirlpool tub. Open the windows on each side of the room at night and let the cool breezes roll across the bed! The coolest place to hang out may be the roof! Climb the circular stair to a covered bar and a huge sundeck. Sip your drink cooling off under the ceiling fan or while getting a tan. And just in case you’re interested, you can watch TV here too. The view of the beach is so good from here you can see the breakers and the strolling beachcombers. For the kids, the Isle of Palms Recreation Park is only one block away, directly down the street. Enjoy the basketball and tennis courts, softball fields, large grassed yards for throwing the ball, and seasonal scheduled activities. There's also a ping pong table in the garage! Bedrooms on the first floor include a Bunk Room with two bunk beds sleeping 4, a double Queen Suite sleeping 4, a second Master Suite sleeping 2, and the sleeper sofa in the Activity Room sleeping 2. Bedrooms on the second floor include a Queen Suite sleeping 2 and the Master Suite sleeping 2. Everything you need is provided; just bring your personal items.
